FAQ
The truffle hunting is done in natural truffle in the territory of Acqualagna and surroundings. But it is always the truffle hunter who chooses the place.
All year except in April / May, period of growth.
For a cancellation more than 8 days before the booking, full refund. Cancellation between 7 and 2 days, refund of 50% of the payment. Less than 2 days before the event, the total is due and will not be refunded.
If for whatever reason the truffle hunter is forced to cancel the hunt (adverse weather conditions, illness, etc.), the refund of the customer is full.
A customer delay of more than 30 minutes on the agreed schedule will see the cancellation of the exit without any possible refund of the payment.
The truffles found during the hunt remain the property of the truffle guide, but obviously you can buy them at “direct producer” prices.
